I’m The Velvet Shadow, aka Matt Temperley, a techno, electronica & ambient musician based in Manchester, UK. I write about and make electronic music. I also make free Ableton packs.

I also co-founded the Manchester Electronic Collective, which runs a regular monthly electronic night called BLEEP, a monthly producer playground, and a live performance workshop for electronic musicians. All of these projects are free 🙂
